Foster Agreement

Thank you for your interest in fostering a GSD rescue. Your help will save more dogs! Please complete the steps below.

1. Please complete our online Foster Agreement.

2. As required by the Georgia Department of Agriculture, their Foster Home/Animal Shelter Agent Agreement must be signed by all fosters. Please download the form here, sign/date the last page and email it to our Foster Coordinator.

3. As required by our insurance, please complete the volunteer training.

4. Please download our Fostering Packet to review important information.
